Who we are

This website is operated by LAFKEN Growth (Québec). For any question about your personal information, use the contact form on this website and choose "A request about my personal information". As provided by Québec law, the person in charge of the protection of personal information is the person with the highest authority at LAFKEN Growth, who can be reached through the same form.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form: your company name, name, email address, phone number if provided, type of business, services of interest, objective, approximate portfolio size and budget, preferred meeting format, any message you write, the page you sent it from, the referring website and any campaign tags (UTM) in the link you followed.

Our hosting provider also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and filter spam.

With your consent only: usage statistics through analytics cookies. No analytics tools are active unless a consent banner is shown.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare a discovery call and, if we work together, a proposal. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, which may process data outside Québec, including in the United States. We retain requests for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them.

Cookies

Essential site functions do not use tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Your rights

Under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, you may access, correct or ask us to delete your personal information, and withdraw your consent. Send your request through the contact form ("A request about my personal information") and we will reply by email within 30 days.
